Led a team of DMU Racing engineering students in the end-to-end development of a Formula-style electric race car for the Formula Student UK competition. Managed a diverse team of students from a range of engineering disciplines. Oversaw all aspects of the project lifecycle including concept development, design, prototyping, testing and final production.

Developed and manufactured a high-voltage battery pack for the electric vehicle during my placement year. I also involved in the development of the electric powertrain system of the car and the designed numerous electronic circuits for the team.

Ensured projects were completed on time and within budget by effectively allocating funds and resources. Utilised essential project management tools such as Gantt charts to plan and track progress and bills of materials (BOM) to manage project resources and costs.

Under my leadership, the team built the first electric Formula Student race car for De Montfort University and DMU Racing.

We placed 6th out of over 120 teams in the IMechE Formula Student Silverstone Grand Prix 2022 with the race car we designed, tested and built.

Our autonomous robotic car, designed for the Unibot UK competition at Cambridge University, came first in 2023 and second in 2022 out of 12 teams representing the Engineering Society.
Interests & Hobbies
I'm fascinated by vehicles and motorsports, and I also like to play football, travel, and go on walks.
